จากมุมมองของพุทธศาสนาทิเบต คำสอนของพระพุทธเจ้าคลี่คลายผ่าน “การหมุนแห่งธรรมจักรทั้งสามครั้ง” ซึ่งแต่ละครั้งได้เปิดเผยมิติที่ลุ่มลึกยิ่งขึ้นของการตื่นรู้ เริ่มต้นจากปัญญาแห่ง อนัตตา การเห็นว่าไม่มีตัวตนอันเที่ยงแท้และแยกขาดจากสิ่งอื่น จากนั้นจึงเปิดสู่การตระหนักรู้ถึง สุญญตา ความว่างและความสัมพันธ์อิงอาศัยของสรรพสิ่งทั้งปวง และท้ายที่สุด คำสอนเหล่านี้นำเราไปสู่การประจักษ์แจ้งถึง พุทธภาวะ— ธรรมชาติอันตื่นรู้ที่มีอยู่โดยกำเนิดในสรรพชีวิต
ในการบรรยายครั้งนี้ อานัม ทุบเท็น รินโปเช จะชี้ให้เห็นว่า ปัญญาทั้งสามสายธารนี้ มิใช่ปรัชญาที่แยกขาดจากกัน หากแต่เป็นการเดินทางเดียวกันสู่หัวใจแห่งการตรัสรู้ อาศัยมรดกทางจิตวิญญาณอันลุ่มลึกของพุทธศาสนาทิเบต ท่านจะนำเราไปสำรวจว่าการหมุนแห่งธรรมจักรทั้งสามได้วางแผนที่อันสมบูรณ์ของเส้นทางพุทธธรรมไว้อย่างไร ตั้งแต่การหลุดพ้นจากการยึดมั่นในตัวตน ไปจนถึงการรู้แจ้งโดยตรงถึงธรรมชาติอันดั้งเดิมและบริสุทธิ์ของเราเอง
และหัวใจแห่งการเดินทางนี้ คือวิถีแห่งโพธิสัตว์ เมื่อภาพลวงของตัวตนอันแยกขาดค่อยๆ สลายไป และพุทธภาวะภายในได้เปิดเผย ความกรุณาย่อมเบ่งบานขึ้นโดยธรรมชาติ กลายเป็น ปณิธานที่จะอุทิศตนเพื่อประโยชน์สุขของสรรพสัตว์ทั้งปวง การตระหนักรู้ถึงธรรมชาติที่แท้จริงของตนจึงมิใช่การหลีกหนีออกจากโลก หากเป็นการกลับมาอยู่กับโลกอย่างเต็มหัวใจ ด้วยความเต็มใจที่จะมอบตนเอง รับใช้ผู้อื่น และให้ชีวิตนี้กลายเป็นเครื่องมือของปัญญาและความรักอันไร้ขอบเขต
นี่คือคำเชื้อเชิญให้เราได้ค้นพบว่า ภายใต้ความสับสนและความทุกข์ทั้งหลาย ยังมีความตื่นรู้อันสว่างไสว เปี่ยมด้วยกรุณา ซึ่งเป็นมรดกดั้งเดิมของเราทุกคน และปลุกความกล้าหาญที่จะทำให้การตื่นรู้นั้นแผ่ขยายออกไปเป็นของขวัญแก่โลกและสรรพชีวิตทั้งปวง
The Buddha’s teachings unfolded through the Three Turnings of the Wheel of Dharma, each revealing a deeper dimension of awakening. Beginning with the liberating insight of anatta, the absence of a fixed and separate self, the path opens into the profound realization of shunyata, the emptiness and interdependence of all phenomena. Finally, the teachings culminate in the revelation of Buddha Nature—the innate awakened essence that has always been present within every being.
In this public talk, Anam Thubten Rinpoche will illuminate how these three great streams of wisdom are not separate philosophies, but a single journey into the heart of enlightenment. Drawing from the rich tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, he will explore how the Three Turnings provide a complete map of the spiritual path, guiding us from freedom from self-clinging to the direct recognition of our primordial nature.
At the heart of this journey lies the Bodhisattva path. As the illusion of a separate self dissolves and the awakened nature within is revealed, compassion naturally blossoms into the aspiration to benefit all beings. The realization of our true nature is not an escape from the world, but an invitation to offer ourselves more completely to it—to embody wisdom and love, and to dedicate our lives to the liberation and well-being of others.
This is an invitation to discover that beneath all confusion and suffering lies the luminous, compassionate awareness that is our true inheritance, and to awaken the courage and willingness to let that realization become a gift to the world.
